SharePoint Designer Workflow
Utilized SharePoint Designer to implement the project mgmt. methodology through a series of workflows
Each project template had it’s own dashboard, driven by an InfoPath Status Report XML form, but each project site’s Status Report rolled up to it’s respective Functional Steering Committee dashboard
Integrated with Microsoft Office
Integrated Excel spreadsheets to track and report on Labor estimates and Project Costs.
Designed and built several InfoPath forms for Project Request, Study Report, Change Request, Final Report and also Status Reporting
Project Site Templates
Tools were developed to properly size projects prior to implementation, then a properly-sized SharePoint Project Site Template was delivered complete with all appropriate forms, dashboards, etc.
Integrated InfoPath forms with SP Designer
In order to achieve a process-driven workflow, Designed several XML forms to enhance and maintain all projects. InfoPath-designed project Status Report linked into the main PMO and Functional Steering committee’s Dashboard Custom Webparts
One Site Collection to Rule Them All!
By consolidating and building all project sites, Functional Steering Committee sites, Dashboarding, SPD Workflows and XML-compliant forms under one site collection, we were able to “push” updates to all levels of collection, whether you worked within the ePMO, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or HR.
